Does It Flood is built and operated by Random Llama Software. We are independent and are not affiliated with FEMA. Coverage is the United States, assembled from public federal, state, and local sources.

Every figure on a property report is traceable. Our methodology page sets out which source each number comes from, how the risk score is calculated, and how often each source refreshes. Questions and corrections go to support@doesitflood.com.
