Yes, at any time, from your account. Your plan then runs to the end of the period you already paid for, and it does not renew after that.
For one-time reports, we refund duplicate charges, billing errors, or reports that cannot be delivered; otherwise no refunds are available except as required by law. You can cancel Pro through Manage billing. See our refund policy for separate subscription refund terms and how to request help.
Stripe. Card details go to Stripe directly and are never stored on our servers. You can manage payment methods and download receipts from your account.
